INTRODUCTION
Research and Application Center for Construction Technology (REACTEC) is affiliated with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City). REACTEC was founded in 1990 with the vision to meet the increasing need of Vietnam construction industry market. In 2011, according to Decree No.115/2005/NĐ-CP dated 5/9/2005 of the Government on providing for the autonomy and self-management mechanism applicable to public scientific and technological organizations and the steering of Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, the Center was changed into Scientific and Technological Organization according to Business Registration Certificate and Tax Registration Certificate No. 4109000016 issued by Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City.
With our professional and experienced experts including doctors, masters and engineers graduated in Vietnam and other developed nations all over the world; along with scientific and systematic working methodology, REACTEC promises to offer constructions’ owners the best solutions in terms of technical and economic by providing and assessing different solutions to each project.
Ever since REACTEC was established, we have been providing service of verification and certification for many constructions in Ho Chi Minh City and other regions. Until now, most of them have been finished and put in use effectively. REACTEC’s diverse clients include government investors, domestic, foreign private sector and contractors.
